Processing & Dispatch Orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in the Netherlands (Ramstraat 39). We aim to dispatch your order within 7 business days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Zones & Delivery Times
Netherlands (Domestic): Standard delivery — typically 3 business days.
European Union: Standard shipping to all 27 EU member states — typically 7 business days.
International (UK, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, and select countries): Standard shipping — typically 14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
Worldwide: We ship to over 200 countries. Delivery times vary by destination.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order contents.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes For shipments outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. 
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email, where available.
