TicksDown6 is the traditional in vitro tick feeding method, which consists of six ready-to-use chambers fitted in a six-well cell culture plate. The feeding chambers are equipped with silicone-based membranes measuring 80-120 micrometres in thickness, suitable for in vitro feeding of adult ticks.
