TicksUpXL: in vitro tick feeding device| 6-Test Batch

TicksUp is an in vitro feeding system wherein the tendency of some tick species to crawl upwards is facilitated by providing the blood meal in the upper compartment. Several different configurations are available, depending on the tick stage and species.

TicksUpXL is the preferred chamber for large-scale feeding of immature Ixodes larvae.

TicksUpXL is provided as a set of 6 stand-alone chambers with thin membranes suitable for feeding immature ticks. 

We recommend purchasing Ticketizer, a bovine hair extract that stimulates ticks to attach to the silicone membrane.
